Alishan Qingxin Oolong Tea, Spring 2020

7 reviews

The 2020 Alishan Qingxin Oolong Tea is as good as ever. Clean floral notes that carries on and on.

A delicate oolong tea with floral and creamy notes from the high mountains of Alishan, Taiwan. Right from the bright floral notes (imagine a jasmine-lilac-cream blend) of the dry leaf that greets you upon opening the packaging to the lingering sweet finish of the tea, this high-mountain spring Alishan oolong tea packs the freshness of spring in every sip.

DRY LEAF: Well rolled, sharp green. Floral, creamy and fresh spring fragrance.
INFUSED LEAF: Reveals a green color with tender stalks noting a fine plucking. Strong floral nose.
CUP: Bright cup with a greenish-yellow hue. Light floral and creamy notes. A sweet lingering aftertaste. Exquisite!

Very High Quality Tea

The tea is very good quality, and thanks to the loose leaves I can manage my own proportions. The delivery was also very quick.

Stunning, actually

An extraordinary tea experience from the floral scents upon opening the package to the lingering taste even after the last of the tea has been sipped.

A remarkable tea!

Alishan Qingxin Oolong Tea, Spring 2020 is beautifully floral, light yet complex. It is a wonderful tea to wake up to. It may be sacrilege, but it also does well iced. Thank you Niraj, for bringing such high quality teas and experience to Rochester.
