This cake is a blend of leaves that were picked from the Nan Nuo mountain area villages. Nan Nuo mountains are believed to be the earliest source of tea known to mankind.
This tea was stored in the humid environs of Guangdong after the pressing. The result is a rich, sweet liquor with a complexity that is very pleasant. Long aftertaste.
Use a gaiwan or a small yixing/ ceramic pot to steep this tea.
Use around 5-6 grams for a 150 ml gaiwan. Keep the steeping time short, just a couple of seconds.
