10A delicate high mountain oolong with fruity and floral notes from the high mountains of Alishan, Taiwan. Deep fruity notes of pineapple and mangoes make this spring oolong delightful. Clean finish.
DRY LEAF: Well rolled, sharp green. Light floral and earthy.
INFUSED LEAF: Deep buttery and floral nose.
CUP: Bright cup with a greenish-yellow hue. Light floral notes mingle with the fruity tones. A sweet lingering aftertaste. Exquisite!

Gongfu style:
Cover the bottom of your vessel you are using with a single and uniform layer of tea.
Use near boiling water.
