
Alishan Qingxin Oolong Tea, Spring 2022
10A high mountain spring oolong from Alishan, Taiwan with sublime floral and buttery notes make this tea a delicious treat. This tea is very lightly oxidized which imparts it a light body with a greenish-gold hue.
DRY LEAF: Well rolled, sharp green. Light floral and earthy.
INFUSED LEAF: Deep buttery and floral nose.
CUP: Bright cup with a greenish-god hue. Light floral notes with a buttery character. A sweet lingering aftertaste. Exquisite!
STEEPING TIPS
1 tsp (2.5 gm) for 8 oz cup

Gongfu style:
Cover the bottom of your vessel you are using with a single and uniform layer of tea.
Use near boiling water.
Steeps: 1 min, 30 secs, 45 secs, 50 secs, 1 min, 1:10 mins
