We managed to secure this micro lot of the first picking of Sincha 2022 from our new Japanese partner from Shizhouka. The first picked tea from May has bold aroma, a natural refreshing taste and a sweet note in the finish.
Like spring teas from other parts of the world, the earliest picking of the year in Japan is a much treasured tea. The spring tea is full of flavors and has a refined balance.
The cultivar for this tea is koshun.
