3Alishan Qingxin is a high mountain oolong tea. The winter harvest has a lovely floral bouquet, almost as strong as the spring picking. The sweet freshness in the taste lingers long after. Whether you steep it gong fu or in a tea pot this tea is positively delightful.
STEEPING TIPS
Use 3 gm to 8 oz cup
Water temp 176F
First steep 3 mins, second steep 5 mins
Gong fu:
Single layer at the bottom on a gaiwan
Water Temp: 176-180F
Steeping times - 1 min, 30 sec, 40 sec, 50 sec, 1 min
