Cooking with tea by Chef Keith Sipek. Learn how to use tea to create interesting dishes or give familiar ones an interesting twist. The dishes that will be on demo include Spicy Tofu with Chai Marinade, Noodle Salad with green tea dressing and Genmaicha (Japanese green tea) and pear poached in Jasmine Green Pearls.
