A high-mountain premium oolong with delicate floral and buttery notes.
The cultivar Qingxin - of which this oolong is made - is often described as "King of oolongs." This tea is a good example of why the epithet is deserving. Steep after steep the tea yields exquisite floral notes - lilac, jasmine, orchids - with a long buttery finish. The fragrance of this tea will stay with you long after you have finished the cup.
Use 1 tsp to an 8oz cup.

Cover the bottom of your vessel you are using with a single and uniform layer of tea.
