Hung Shui Oolong, Spring 2016


This is an amazing tea with wonderful layers of lush flavors that will greatly excite an oolong enthusiast! The roast and the oxidation levels have been achieved with great mastery, bringing out many rich and excellent notes. Sweet and well rounded, with fruity and caramel like notes, this oolong makes for an occasion every time you drink it.

Use 1 tsp to an 8 oz cup.
Water temperature: 200F
Steep time: This tea is good for multiple rounds. 1 min, 1:30 mins, 2:00 mins

Gongfu style:

Cover the bottom of your vessel you are using with a single and uniform layer of tea.
Use boiling water.
Steeps: 1 min, 30 secs, 40 secs, 50 secs, 1 min, 1:10 mins
