Jin Xuan, also known Milk Oolong tea, or just #12 (it was the 12th cultivar to be developed by Taiwan Tea Research and Extension Services in the 1980s) has light floral and creamy notes. The latter is why the tea is called Milk Oolong.
This Jin Xuan comes from YiGuang Shan. It has mellow fresh floral notes with a clean finish. A straightforward lightly oxidized oolong that is easy to steep and enjoy.
