Our Organic Sencha Green Tea has a cool, sweet-vegetal character, with flavors that leaves you refreshed and centered.
Japan started making sencha green tea in the 18th century. The leaves are steamed, pressed, then rolled and dried into loose leaf. It is carefully blended tea by an expert blender. This organic Japanese green tea is one of the most popular green teas in Japan. The inherent sweetness of this green tea can be enjoyed if you have it with a savory snack.

I’m relatively new to drinking tea and Happy Earth Tea has been so helpful in that journey! They have tremendous knowledge and share it with passion. If you haven’t been - put it on your list! Now when I know what I want, I can conveniently order online and it shows up on my door in a day or 2.
I can’t express how pleased I am to of come across Happy Earth online. I have a loose leaf tea shop two miles from my house in the PNW and choose to order from Happy Earth instead. Niraj has been nothing but fantastic to work with from afar. Hopefully, one day I’ll get over to Rochester and meet the legend. As for this Sencha, exquisite. Just hit the buy button already.
Happy Earth offers high-quality, spectacular green teas, and the Sencha is just one of many. Subtle and delicious.
Thank you so much for your review, Lisa!
