DRY LEAF: Bright green and grey leaves that have a grassy and woody notes.
INFUSION: The leaves have a nose of bright floral with grassy, herbaceous notes.
CUP: A light golden cup that has delicate grassy and floral fragrance. On the palate, the liquor feels wonderfully rounded with notes of coconut, slight cream and peach. There is hardly any astringency. The finish is long and refreshing.
Use 1 tsp (2.5 gm) for 12 oz cup
Water temp: 190 F
Steeping time: 3 minutes
Enjoy plain. Let the tea cool off to tepid temperature to enjoy the floral and sweeter notes.
