At the last session of the Rochester Tea Society, we went very classical, trying out matcha that had been hand carried all the way from Japan by Janette one of our members. We were lucky to have Cody Kroll lead the presentation, since he is the most knowledgeable among us of the Japanese tea traditions. And also to drink matcha while surrounded by Cody's beautiful works most of which is inspired by Japanese tea tradition was a huge bonus.
Rochester Tea Society meets once a month and it is open to the public. However, registration is required because of limited seating capacity.
I hope you will enjoy the photo album from the meeting.
