*Lightly steamed sencha is called Asamushi. Heavily steamed sencha is Fukamushi while sencha that has steamed at a medium level is known as Chumushi.

   1 level tsp or 3 gm per 8 oz cup

   170-176 F

   First steep 2 mins, second steep 3 mins
