Residents of Rochester area have an in-store pickup option. You can pick up your order at our store located at 696South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620 during our regular hours. Kindly wait for our email confirming your order is ready to pick up before coming to the store.
FREE RETURNS! US ONLY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our teas and tea ware. If you are not, you can ask for a FREE RETURN! We will email you a return label and you can ship us back the item you have purchased within 14 days of purchase. Kindly return the tea in the shipping box that it was sent in.

For customers outside the US
Because of higher international shipping costs our business currently cannot afford to extend this service to include you, as much as we would like to. If you are not sure, we suggest you order samples before buying a larger quantity of tea.
