Green Mandarin Ripe Tou Cha, Puerh Tea - 100 gm

This is a mini ripe pu-erh tou cha (bird's nest) that comes ensconced in a green mandarin shell. You can steep this puerh tea along with the mandarin that yields in a fun brew that is redolent with a bright citrus notes.  

An order will include 14 tou chas (approx 100 gm)

STEEPING TIPS for gong fu style 
Immerse a tou cha in a gaiwan
Water temp 195-200F
First rinse
Steeping time 3-5 seconds for repeated steeps
