Darjeeling second flush 2022 tea from Niroula tea farm is back after a bit of a hiatus. It was a huge hit when we introduced it some years ago. We hope you will like this pleasant black tea that you can enjoy anytime of the day. It has lovely notes of almond and honey and finishes off with a sweet touch.

DRY LEAF: Wiry, clean, moderately tippy.

INFUSED LEAF: Opens up to dark brown and dark olive hues with peach and sugar notes.

CUP: Dark amber liquor with almond notes. On the palate the cup yields notes of ripe plums, almonds, honey. Smooth with a lingering aftertaste. 

STEEPING TIPS:

   1 level tbsp or 3 gm per 8-10 oz cup

   190-195 F
