February Newsletter: New Teas and a Winter Break

It’s cold and grey outside which means it’s the perfect time for tea. Lots of updates to share with you. We are excited to let you know we are now offering a small selection of books about tea, wellness, and happiness. They are some of our personal favorites. The books are available online or at the shop.
Some exquisite new teas have arrived from our Colombian tea partner. They are beautifully manufactured and delicious. People are raving about them!
After a little break, we are happy to announce Niroula second flush 2022 is now in stock. Niroula Tea Farm is a special project in Darjeeling that supports small tea farmers that live in the nearby area by providing them with an economic opportunity to grow and sell their tea leaves. It’s been a lifeline for many families and we are honored to offer their tea.
Our online gift card experience has been recently upgraded with a more dynamic and fun way to send someone a gift card. Tea is a thoughtful gift for those dear to you - we have plenty of tea gift ideas. Also, we made a special one for Valentine’s Day to warm the hands and heart!
Winter Break
It is that time of the year again to take a bit of a break. Gather around the fire, read books, drink tea, muse and do very little else. In that spirit we will be closed from 21-24 February. Check your tea shelves and make sure you are stocked! We know that many of our tea house regulars will miss us; we will miss you too! But we will be back before you know it, refreshed and eager to make your favorite cup. 😃
