The Best Herbal Teas for a Peaceful Night's Sleep
Most of us struggle to get a good night’s sleep. We have hectic lives and there never seems to be enough time to get things done. Stress fills our days and it negatively impacts us if we do not manage it properly. So, we want to share some evening rituals that will help your mind and body relax before bedtime.
About an hour before you want to sleep, stop scrolling on your phone or watching tv. Make a cup of caffeine-free herbal tea. Mindfully sip it while listening to soothing music or reading something that won’t stimulate your mind too much. You may journal or reflect on the positive aspects of your day. You may want to note what you accomplished in the day or take the time to reflect on gratitude. Maybe it was a sunny day, somebody smiled at you, someone cooked you a nutritious meal, or you enjoyed a delicious soul boosting cup of tea!
