Alishan Jinxuan is a high mountain oolong tea. Jinxuan is also referred to as "milk oolong" because of its milk like taste notes. The winter harvest has a lovely floral and a buttery character with a super-fresh finish. Whether you steep it gong fu or in a tea pot this tea is highly pleasing.
STEEPING TIPS
Use 1 tsp (3 gm) for an 8-10 oz cup
190°F
Steep for 3-5 minutes
For Gong Fu Style: Cover the bottom of your gaiwan/tea pot with a single and uniform layer of tea. Water temp: 190°F, Steeping time: 1 min, 30 secs, 40 secs, 50 secs, 1 min, 1:10 mins
