Dear Niraj, Do you have the list of the teas I have ordered? Want to order more tea for Claire and. It certain what she requested previously. The organic chai was a hit..... Many thanks, Athene
Very much enjoyed this tea. I found it smooth and very flavorful, bold.
After years of waiting to sip fine Ceylon teas again, I found this wonderful estate tea here at Happy Earth. This is my second order. The flavor feels fresh yet rich, a reminder of teas friends brought back from Nuwara Eliya years ago. For my own taste, I brew this at 190 for 2.5 minutes to avoid any astringency as I drink the tea without cream or sugar.
