A fannings-grade organic black tea from Africa that has been decaffeinated using the CO2 process. Considered to be the safest method for decaffeination, the treatment of the tea leaves with carbon dioxide under pressure, also has the least amount of effect on the taste of the tea.
The tea has good body without any harsh tannic notes.
