Tea maker's note: "Two leaves and a bud is used for processing this quality of second flush teas. Wither is aimed for 60% to 65% here. Here we do not roll the leaf manually but use small rollers for a light roll lasting about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Applying very light pressure during rolling gives the tea its sweet character. However, oxidation is kept for about 3 hours to retrieve the sweet character. The firing time and temperature are similar to the Okayti Reserve.
Like all specialty teas this one is made from our clonal tea bushes, primarily P312, AV2 and T78."
