Long Jing, Pre-Qingming 2023 - Organically Manufactured Green Tea in

Our pre-Qingming Long Jing or, Dragon Well, organic green tea comes from Lin An, a mountain village about 30 miles from the famous West Lake. The tea has the characteristic vegetal and nutty notes in a good balance.  

Dragon Well is one of the most celebrated green teas of China. It is also called Long Jing and comes in many grades. Our batch is among the premium grade. Tea harvested in early spring before Qingming festival (15th day after spring equinox), is sought after for its delicate and refined notes.

LEAF: Tender budsets with fresh vegetal aromas that recall spring peas and asparagus.

INFUSED LEAF: Pale green, succulent buds with notes of chestnut and honey

CUP: Fragrant with vegetal and nutty aroma. Notes of chestnut and almond; a touch of umami. Must for green tea lovers!
