An organic white tea cake from the high elevations of pristine Wuliangshan mountains in Yunnan, China. This cake with a gorgeous appearance yields pleasant flavors of fruit and honey that makes it more enjoyable than a regular white tea. 

The tea comes from 17 year old certified organic tea garden that is located near the Lancang River. It has an average elevation of 1500 m. 

The leaf for this cake is 1st grade and was picked in autumn 2023. The cakes were pressed in spring  2025.
