We are thrilled to reintroduce our beloved Spring 2024 Baozhong Oolong, a tea that has been dearly missed by its many fans. This exceptional batch comes from the picturesque Pinglin district, known for producing some of the finest oolong teas in the world. Our Baozhong oolong is a testament to high-quality craftsmanship and the rich tea culture of the region.

This season’s Baozhong offers a delightful floral aroma complemented by a creamy, smooth texture. Its elegance shines through with every sip, making it a perfect choice for both oolong aficionados and those new to this exquisite tea variety. The light oxidation process preserves the fresh, vibrant flavors while enhancing its natural sweetness and floral notes.

For Gong Fu style brewing:
Use 5-7 grams of tea for 150 ml gaiwan. 
Water temp 185-190F
Steeps: 20, 30, 40, 50, 90 seconds
