We are delighted to introduce a collection of premium chocolate bars from Fossa Chocolate, an award-winning chocolate atelier based in Singapore. Known for their creative approach to chocolate making, Fossa brings together fine cacao and classic teas to craft distinctive, tea-infused chocolates. We hope you will enjoy discovering these delightful expressions of tea and chocolate.

Da Hong Pao, meaning "Big Red Robe," is one of China's most celebrated oolong teas, prized for its complex aroma, deep roasted character, and distinctive mineral richness.

Originating in the rugged Wuyi Mountains of Fujian Province, this remarkable tea is traditionally grown among rocky cliffs, earning it the name yan cha, or "rock tea."

For this chocolate, Fossa uses a carefully crafted blend of three Wuyi tea cultivars: Rou Gui, which lends structure and depth; Jin Mudan and Rui Xiang, which contribute delicate floral and fruity aromas. The leaves undergo two rounds of medium roasting, developing the warm, layered complexity characteristic of fine Wuyi oolongs.

Paired with creamy, naturally nutty cacao from Triang, Malaysia, the result is an elegant dark chocolate that beautifully captures the rich, roasted character of Da Hong Pao. Each bite reveals a harmonious interplay of deep cacao, fragrant oolong tea, and lingering sweetness.

A wonderful discovery for lovers of fine oolong tea and artisanal chocolate.
