Jade Oolong, also known as Four Seasons oolong, is a lightly oxidized oolong from Nantou county in central Taiwan. Fragrant floral notes with medium-body and a sweet lingering aftertaste make this a pleasant tea. This good value spring oolong is great for daily drinking.

Western Style

   1 heaping tbsp per 8 oz cup

   190 F

   3 mins. Second Steep 5 mins

Gong fu style

   Cover the bottom of gaiwan or tea pot with a single layer of tea

   190 F

   1 min, 30 sec, 45 min, 1 min, 1:15 sec
