For this small-batch creation, Fossa uses Wakatake-grade matcha from Marukyu Koyamaen, one of Japan's highly regarded matcha producers. This beautifully vibrant green tea brings a satisfying depth of flavor, with the characteristic umami richness and gentle vegetal sweetness of fine Japanese matcha.
