Darjeeling Second Flush 2024 from the renowned organic Okayti tea estate is here and it the best vintage we have had in years! Nutty, sweet, and smooth with the vaunted 'muscatel' flavor, this tea will surely become a favorite among tea enthusiasts.
DRY TEA: Long, wiry leaves with abundant golden tips. Clean and uniform reflecting a high quality picking. Aroma of chocolate, black berries with a light earthy touch.
WET LEAF: Dark mahogany leaves with a nose of ripe berries and roasted nuts.
CUP: A sparkling amber liquor with notes of caramel, honey and apricots. This has that vaunted, and these days elusive, muscatel flavor of Darjeeling second flush. With a lingering sweet finish this tea is a wonderful treat!
