Happy Earth Tea Relocation Update
As the saying goes, light is at the end of the tunnel regarding our relocation! We are in the final construction phase now and things are looking good for a move in June. Not exactly sure about the dates yet, but we will definitely be out of 650 South Avenue because our lease expires at the end of June!!

Spring Teas 2021 Are Rolling In!
The first of our spring teas of 2021 have arrived! Two delightful green teas from China that were manufactured before the Qingming festival, which means they are the very first of this year's crop. These sublime teas are Anji Bai Cha and Long Jing. They were very popular last year and sold out so we're thrilled to have them back in stock.

Second Flush 2017 Plans
We have heard the ominous words from Darjeeling – there is going to be no second flush (summer harvest) this year. We were hoping hard that somehow the political troubles that have engulfed Darjeeling since early June would ease off and second flush production would resume. But last week we heard from our partner tea gardens in Darjeeling and they gave us the dreaded news.

Here's to 2016!
2015 had some harsh notes in its finish. The shadow of terrorism and related conflicts, and climate change cast its long shadow across the world. Right here in Rochester, NY, a local was arrested hours before he could launch an alleged ISIS-inspired attack in a downtown pub on new year's eve. The city's fireworks were cancelled - like in many parts of the world - in the wake of the incident.
