The floral accents get increasingly prominent in later steeps, along with the finish that gets sweeter. Longer steeps towards the end draws out a pleasant bite in the tea. Long after the tea has been had a sweetness rises in the throat - a desirable character in a high quality tea.

We sampled this lovely oolong tea though a tea class at Leaf, and loved it so much we just had to bring some home. I'm looking forward to enjoying the rest of the bag! It had a wonderful, complex flavor that changed with each steep when made with the gong-fu method we learned about in tea class. I would highly recommend this tea, and the tea class if you can grab a seat some evening.
Delicious!... and already gone! :(
